The Craven Week Under 13 Rugby is definitely planned for 13-18 June 2010, so those of you who want to escape Soccer World Cup madness do join us in our peaceful little town!
The Camdeboo National Park`s opening and closing times remain 06h00 to 20h00 for January and February. The Game Viewing Area times are 06h00 to 19h30. Please remember that we sell the necessary permits for the Eerstefontein Day Hikes at the Tourism Office as well, this will save visitors a trek out to the Park Office.
Please note that the Khwalimanzi Hide is now open in the Game Viewing area, on the east shore of the dam. A wonderful spot to view the shoreline and the mountains beyond with a very good chance of seeing both birds and game.
For hand-made woollen and pottery products visit Irhafu Craft & Eyethu Pottery at 13 Church Square, next to the Town Hall. This is a project of the Siyaziphuhlisa Women`s Co-op.
